An interesting Cinnamon Flavored Whisky with 30% ABV.

Time to try it
Nose: Sugar and cinnamon on the nose with a bit of honey, vanilla and spice
Palate: More sugary and less cinnamony than the smell with less of a burn than I expected.
Finish: Short finish, does not linger for long but has a slightly strange aftertaste.

Considering its name, it's nowhere near as hot as I expected or as hot as the Fireball or Tenessee Fire.
It's quite good in balancing the cinnamon spice and sweetness but lacks complexity.
I'm not a fan of it neat, and adding water or ice didn't really improve anything. I did add a splash of ginger ale to the last remaining bit from my tiny bottle and it was ok.
Overall, if you want to add a bit of delicate cinnamon spice to your cocktails it might be a good choice, though I can't guarantee it.
I can't seem to find the Big Hot in the UK, but if you're tempted by any cinnamon-flavoured whisky or liqueurs, you can find some here.
I was lucky to find an interesting sample pack from the Spirits Specialist, otherwise, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to try some of these, such as the Fireball Dragon Reserve.
I'm a big fan of whisky and a big fan of desserts with cinnamon, so sampling cinnamon-infused whiskies and liqueurs was an interesting experience.

As always, please drink responsibly.
