Jack Daniel's Tenessee Fire is a blend of Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 and their own Cinnamon Liqueur.

It was released in the US in 2014, it has 35% ABV and a pleasant reddish-amber colour.

Pros and Cons

I'm not sure what exactly I envisioned, but it's sweeter and spicier than I expected. I also found it to be slightly sweeter than the Jim Beam Kentucky Fire.

I'm not a massive fan of the after-burn, but it does tone down if you serve it over ice, or with a mixer. I found it to be way more enjoyable if chilled as well as mixed with ginger ale, apple juice, lemonade or soda water.

I wouldn't recommend this one neat, at room temperature, but if you're looking for a whiskey liqueur to spice your festive cocktails with, then you'll certainly enjoy it.

A 70cl bottle is sold for around £28 on most UK websites.

If you want to give it a try, you can find it here.
