Time to try it

Nose: Prunes and blackberries mixed with toffee and fresh apple slice

Taste: Starts more on the sweet side and becomes more dry with fresh apple slice and oak

Finish: Long, with dried fruit, toffee sweetness, slightly peppery towards the end

Pros and Cons

Crispier than the Madeira Cask Finish with a lot more fresh tones. Flavorful and intense but slightly less sweet.

I prefer this one with an ice cube or a few drops of water to tone down the dryness and pepperiness in the finish.

Overall I think it has a nice balance of flavors to offer.

In Conclusion

Priced at around £40 on most UK websites, Penderyn Madeira is a flavorful dram to try.
